I had the pleasure of visiting this venue for the second time, and I must admit that it exceeded my expectations. While my first visit was during the daytime, it was during the nighttime that the place truly came alive and left me utterly amazed. This second trip was undoubtedly a rewarding experience.
The highlight of this location is undoubtedly the captivating circular outdoor plaza nestled in the heart of Ovation Hollywood. With a generous number of benches and chairs, it offers the perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding.
Of course, we couldn’t miss revisiting iconic landmarks such as the TCL Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Dolby Theatre. It was an absolute blast!
Regarding parking, it’s reasonably priced at $3 for the first 2 hours with validation from participating retailers, restaurants, and shops. Quite a good deal.
While our visit wasn’t focused on shopping, we didn’t explore any stores. However, it seems to resemble any other upscale mall, so I doubt there are any exclusive stores unique to this location. We didn’t feel the need to explore the stores, as we can always do some shopping back home at a later time.

It’s pretty much what you would anticipate. Many people gazing down at the stars. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable and a definite must at least once in your life if you’re passing by LA. It offers a fantastic photo opportunity with the Hollywood sign.

The exhibit had interactive elements at times and featured some highly personal items from Bob Marley and his family. I would have appreciated more music playing throughout the exhibit. However, I did find the beautiful artwork scattered throughout the exhibit to be quite enjoyable and appreciated.

It’s a cool place to hang out, grab a bite, and do some shopping. The selection of shops is quite diverse, although many are chain stores. Nonetheless, it’s convenient, offers plenty of options, and is generally well-maintained and clean.

It was quite an experience to witness. You often see it on TV, but there’s something special about going there in person and seeing it with your own eyes. The vicinity had security guards, which adds a sense of safety. There are numerous souvenir shops and places to walk around, making it a bustling area to explore. It’s always wise to remain cautious, though.

Unfortunately, our visit didn’t align with our expectations. The majority of the attractions were star-themed, primarily on the ground. Additionally, we encountered a significant presence of homeless individuals seeking money. It’s essential to be mindful of where you walk. On a more positive note, there’s a fantastic bar nearby called “Scum and Villainy,” catering to fans of nerd culture and science fiction.

It was quite exciting to discover a spot that provided a clear view of the Hollywood sign. The exits conveniently led us to the Walk of Fame. The mall itself is of moderate size, offering a diverse range of shopping choices, a movie theater, and even an Amazon locker which we utilized during our visit. The layout might be a bit perplexing, but aside from that, it’s an excellent shopping destination.
