It was an excellent experience. While spending a day in NYC, my daughter was seeking an engaging activity, and this fit the bill perfectly. The visit was truly thrilling. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various exhibits and participating in the interactive games. Without a doubt, I’d choose to do this again during my future trips to NYC. The museum itself is fantastic, and the addition of the Batman exhibit made it even more captivating.

Had an absolute blast during our time here, and the staff was incredibly friendly! We ended up spending around 2.5 hours here effortlessly (excluding the Batman exhibit based on reviews). The agility challenge turned out to be a highlight, keeping us engaged as we aimed to outdo our own scores. What’s more, receiving a profile report at the end was a fantastic touch that added to the overall experience.

Yesterday afternoon, my family and I had a delightful few hours at the museum. The place is brimming with captivating spy stories, engaging online games, and exciting challenges. These offerings kept our teenagers and us thoroughly entertained. Regrettably, our experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the laser wall machine, which was disheartening. Despite this, we found solace in the fact that this activity was included as part of our sightseeing pass.

This interactive museum was fantastic. Accompanied by our 13 and 10-year-old daughters, my husband and I ventured there and had an absolute blast. Every penny spent was undoubtedly worth it. The staff was amiable and provided us with valuable ticket advice. They recommended booking our tickets online, which saved us $5 per ticket. Moreover, they advised us to skip the Batman experience if we weren’t avid fans, which we weren’t. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this museum!

A worthwhile investment of 3 hours. Engaging activities with intriguing outcomes. On the flip side, not every activity was functional. Several monitors displayed nothing, and there were instances where headset microphones failed to capture voices. Despite these shortcomings, it still provided an enjoyable time, especially when spent with a companion.
