The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, with the food impressing us, except for one dish – the staffed crab – which didn’t meet our expectations. Thus, I wouldn’t suggest trying that particular dish. However, the service we received was fantastic, and the restaurant itself had a pleasant ambiance. The portions were quite generous, ensuring we didn’t leave hungry. I opted for the snapper special dinner, and it was a true delight – full of flavor and satisfaction. Additionally, their seafood soup/stew caught our attention and proved to be a delicious treat for our taste buds.

I have to give this restaurant a solid 5 stars across the board. Words can’t capture the incredible experience it offers. The food here is absolutely outstanding! The calamari and fried gator appetizers are absolutely spot-on. As for the entrees, the salmon BLT and the fish & fries are simply exceptional, and even their kids’ chicken tenders exceeded expectations. The service we received was exceptional, making it clear that this spot has become one of our absolute favorites to dine at in St. Augustine. I’d highly recommend arriving by 11 am, as it tends to fill up quickly. For dinner, definitely consider making reservations to secure your spot.

It’s a smart move to make reservations at this place, so giving them a call beforehand is a good idea. When we arrived, they mentioned they could seat us outside but with a potential 35-minute wait. Luckily, we managed to snag a spot indoors without such a long wait.
As for the food, I went for the shrimp and grits, my son opted for the grilled cheese, and we shared a crab cake, which turned out to be really flavorful. My husband went for the grilled fish option. Additionally, I have to highly recommend trying the High Tide drink – it was absolutely delicious.
The view from the restaurant was simply stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I can say for sure that I’d happily return to this place for another dining experience.

Had an amazing time at St. Augustine Fish Camp for dinner tonight! Our server, Joey, was incredibly knowledgeable about the specials and he addressed all our queries with precision. His attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for and ensured a great experience.
The fried oysters were truly the best I’ve ever tasted, and the hush puppies were moist and bursting with flavor. The grits were out of this world, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the bacon butter beans were a delightful surprise. I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit for dinner – you won’t be disappointed!

The experience at St. Augustine Fish Camp was absolutely wonderful – from the food to the service and the stunning views. Despite not having a reservation, we decided to wait, having read the positive reviews about this place, and we weren’t disappointed. Our waiter, Joshua, was exceptionally friendly and made frequent check-ins to ensure our satisfaction. We chose to sit outside with the heaters and had a delightful time. A return visit is definitely on the horizon for more of their fantastic seafood.

I can’t stress enough how this was hands down the most incredible seafood I’ve ever had. And believe me, I’ve had my fair share of good seafood over the years! The experience was so outstanding that we made reservations for the very next evening as we were leaving the restaurant. Our server, Randy, deserves a special mention as he provided the absolute best service and looked after us with such care.
I decided to go with the special of the night, blackened halibut, but asked for it to be pan-seared instead. Accompanied by mushroom rice and green beans, even though I’m not a fan of mushrooms, I was blown away by the flavors! Leaving this restaurant is going to be a real challenge for me because I know I’m going to miss it terribly. Oh, and you definitely shouldn’t overlook the dessert – the bread pudding was simply divine. The best part? This incredible dinner didn’t come with a hefty price tag either! My heartfelt recommendation goes to anyone looking for a superb dining experience.

Visited the restaurant tonight. We had a reservation for 4:30 p.m., and as soon as we walked in, they seated us – there were 4 of us, 2 kids and 2 adults. Our waiter, Joey, came to our table in a flash and introduced us to the evening’s specials while also sharing some of his personal favorites. This was my second time here, and it was my mom’s first.
For dinner, my daughter and I both ordered the blue crab dish with potatoes, accompanied by New England clam chowder. My son opted for chicken fingers, and my mom went for the seafood platter featuring fried shrimp, flounder, and scallops, served with fries and coleslaw. The food was beyond amazing. If it were possible, I’d give them 20 stars for the food and service. Finding both excellent quality food and service is becoming quite rare these days. My mom even declared it her favorite place, and I wholeheartedly agree with her – it’s my favorite too. We’ll definitely be returning.
