The outlet mall has undergone some changes recently, as it’s no longer situated on Outlet Mall Boulevard. This caught me off guard when I checked into a hotel on that street, expecting everything to be within walking distance. The reality was quite different, as the mall is now about a 2-mile drive away on the other side of I-95. Lesson learned!
Typical of many Florida highway-side outlet malls, this one boasts familiar brands with slightly lower prices than their regular retail counterparts. While the savings might not be groundbreaking, I did stumble upon a real gem at Express. Their store featured a jaw-dropping sale where everything was priced at $6.99 or less. I managed to grab some stylish denim skirts and shorts, which was a win.
However, I did notice a trend throughout the mall – a sea of crop tops. While they might be all the rage, they’re not my style, especially at my age. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a single top that was both fashionable and within my budget. But let’s not forget the incredible $6.99 sale at Express that made up for it!
When it comes to dining options, the food court is fairly modest with about three restaurants. I opted for the pizza joint, and it was decent enough.
Parking was abundant during my visit, but I can’t vouch for how it might be during the holiday season. Overall, despite some surprises and crop-top hunting, it was a satisfactory shopping experience.

Each store within the mall boasted an array of options, providing plenty of choices for shoppers. However, one downside was the condition of the parking lot, which wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. It’s worth noting that Google Maps might not have the most current information regarding the store locations, as some have undergone changes in the past few months. For accurate details, the Official Outlets website proved to be up to date and reliable.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the outlet still offers a variety of well-known brands. The prices were attractive, with numerous sales going on. The crowd was a bit larger than I had anticipated, possibly due to the back-to-school season. When it comes to dining options, however, there aren’t a multitude of vendors available. Nonetheless, the few they do have are quite decent.

Definitely worth the drive! The expansive complex is impressively designed and becomes easy to navigate once you get your bearings. You can check out the online map or grab a brochure to help plan your visit effectively.
The deals available are fantastic, and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Security personnel are noticeable without being overbearing. You’ll find ample parking, although most of it is under direct sunlight.
However, be prepared for the access road from I-95—it’s currently under construction and can be quite chaotic. Take it slow to navigate the confusing signage, potholes, and heavy equipment.

The outlet experience was decent overall, but I have a couple of things to note. Firstly, at the NIKE store, be prepared to find items at full price. They might not have the discounts you’re expecting.
As for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, my experience was quite disappointing. I had a hard pass on that one. The manager was extremely rude and seemed to have a confrontational attitude. There was a mix-up with my drink order, which was frustrating. She initially mentioned that my drink wouldn’t taste good without a certain ingredient, and then accused me of giving her the wrong order.
To add to the frustration, I ordered 2 nuggets without salt and 1 with salt, along with a side of cheese. Despite being the first in line before they even opened, everything ended up being salted. Even worse, when she remade my drink, she tossed it at me, while serving the food to 4 people who came in after us. This woman’s behavior was far from professional, and the service was undoubtedly one of the worst I’ve experienced.

The Outlets were easy to locate, and once there, we found a variety of great stores with even better prices. It’s definitely a trip worth taking, and compared to other outlets we’ve been to, this one offers some really good deals. Just keep in mind that the food court options have dwindled down to just one pizza vendor. On the bright side, there’s ample parking available, so that’s a plus!

Over the years, the experience at the Outlets has been pretty good. It would have been nice to have some better stores, but considering it’s a smaller outlet, I can’t really complain. The recent demolition of the inside mall was a significant blow to the community. Instead of completely tearing it down, it might have been better to take more steps to address the issues there.
