What an incredible find! We chose this destination to celebrate our 5-year anniversary, and it proved to be an absolute gem. The drive-through experience was nothing short of awe-inspiring. We were treated to a parade of impeccably cared-for and joyful animals. The sight of sprightly deer bounding and frolicking, alongside water buffaloes leisurely indulging in a watery retreat, painted a vivid tableau. A special highlight was the zebras’ intimate visit to our vehicle, while a particularly curious ostrich decided to engage with our car, providing a humorous interlude. These were just a few of the enchanting moments in a menagerie of incredible creatures – all conveniently located on the map they provided at the gate. The experience was truly magical, and there’s no doubt that we’ll be returning for more in the future.

Had a fantastic time. Visited during summer, which was manageable. Suggest going early in the day or during a cooler season. The Safari was a highlight – thoroughly enjoyed it. Allocate about 60-70 minutes for the Safari. This also covers entry to the Gator Park. All in all, plan for approximately 4 hours to experience everything. Didn’t try the airboats

Had an amazing evening on the airboat ride. Spotted alligators, eagles, and unexpected sights.

The calmness and the beauty when we paused at different spots were truly incredible. The guide was excellent, sharing fascinating facts.

Gator Park was impressive too, with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a worthwhile visit.

Wild Florida is a fantastic family day out. We began with an exciting airboat ride, spotting wild alligators and majestic eagles. The zoo section had a variety of amazing animals, captivating shows, and a chance to hold an alligator. The drive-through safari was a highlight, and we concluded by feeding a giraffe. A truly enjoyable day – highly recommended!

The safari drive was a blast. You can choose a 2.5-mile route or a shorter one if you’re heading straight to the zoo. Lots of animals were up close to the car. The zoo turned out bigger than expected – we spent around 5 hours there. The petting zoo with goats and pigs was a highlight. Caught some shows too. I’m definitely planning to return.

We were beyond pleased with the sloth encounter my daughter had. Her smile lasted for days! The person in charge of the encounter was wonderful – friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable for everyone. If you’re an animal lover looking for an up-close experience, this is a must-visit spot.

Keep in mind, the animal encounters need separate bookings from the park admission. I highly recommend scheduling these in advance. Sadly, due to our other plans, we couldn’t explore the whole park. However, we caught glimpses of other animals while heading to and from the sloths.

It might not be an all-day destination, but that doesn’t lessen its worth. On our next visit to the area, I’m definitely returning to explore their other attractions.

The place is nice, and they take good care of the animals. We visited during the scorching summer, and I’d suggest coming in a cooler season. Many animals were seeking shade to beat the heat. We tried the Lemur experience, and it was fantastic!

They offer food and drinks, but you can bring your own too. Parking is free.

Two improvements I’d recommend: have water stations scattered around the park, like carts with bottled water. Also, I rented a wheelchair and they could use wider chairs or electric scooters.

It’s worth the drive to get there. Next time, we’ll try the drive-through safari. If you’re interested in an animal experience, it’s wise to book ahead.
