Absolutely amazing! The alligator park is incredibly impressive. It offers a fantastic opportunity to observe a diverse range of animals and reptiles. It’s an extremely family-friendly environment, perfect for leisurely strolls at your own pace. Personally, I found the cypress trees and snakes to be the highlights of the gator park experience. Witnessing the snake feeding was truly mesmerizing! But that’s not all – the safari experience took things up a notch. Cruising along at a leisurely five miles per hour, you’re immersed in an environment where the animals roam freely, unrestricted. The variety of animals you encounter is truly remarkable. This destination is an absolute must-visit for everyone! My highest recommendation!

A true hidden treasure, the gator park exceeded all expectations! Our first visit involved the safari a year ago, inadvertently missing out on the gator park. However, this year, following the safari, we decided to explore the gator park – and what a revelation it was! The safari, always a source of delight for the children, took an even more thrilling turn with its recent expansion. The sight of zebras leisurely strolling about added an extra layer of excitement. And let’s not forget the unforgettable giraffe feeding experience at the safari’s conclusion, unquestionably justifying the $5 per person cost.
While we may not include the safari on every visit, the gator park has firmly secured its spot as a must-do activity. Between the captivating bird feeding sessions, the riveting gator feeding encounters, and even the engaging playground, the gator park offers a comprehensive package of enjoyment that’s truly invaluable.

Spending approximately 50 minutes navigating the path, our Monday visit offered the luxury of minimal crowds, allowing us to pause and capture photographs without inconveniencing anyone. The diversity of animals we encountered was impressive, making the experience thoroughly enjoyable. As our journey concluded, a giraffe viewing platform awaited, offering the opportunity to engage with one of the two resident giraffes for a modest extra fee – an addition that truly enhanced our visit.
The ticket package encompassed entrance to the main park area, a realm adorned with multiple observation platforms designed to facilitate gator-watching and showcasing an array of other captivating animals. Considering the breadth of experiences bundled into a single ticket, the value for money was undeniable. Naturally, this assumes the convenience of accessing the location during your vacation.

Our admission fees of $34 for adults and $24 for children aged 13 to 18 felt justifiable, given the evident dedication to maintaining such a top-tier facility. The experience of leisurely traversing the drive-thru safari, spanning roughly 1.5 to 2 hours, was a delight. The allure of the adjacent alligator park and the chance to participate in giraffe feeding were also bundled into the ticket price, although the sweltering heat led us to forgo these activities and stay within the comfort of our vehicle. Despite the volume of vehicles present, the absence of any wait time was a pleasant surprise.

Subsequently, we explored the nearby gator park, which notably outshone the safari. Notably, the on-site dining options proved to be expensive, with both indoor seating and an outdoor area providing a view of Lake Cypress.
